When you send a stay request or use the contact form we collect the name, email address, phone number, dates, party details, and message you give us. We also record the page you came from and your IP address, which helps us spot automated spam.

Why we collect it

Only to respond to your enquiry, quote your stay, and manage a booking if you go ahead. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

The management team at SKILL Management LLC. Emails are delivered through a third-party email provider, and the site is hosted on third-party infrastructure; both process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while they are useful for managing the property and for as long as tax and tenancy records require. Ask us at any time and we will delete anything we are not legally required to retain.

Cookies

We set a session cookie so forms work and a cookie to protect against cross-site request forgery. There is no third-party advertising or tracking on this site.
