Listings, rates, and availability shown here are for information. Nothing on this site forms a binding offer or a tenancy. A stay is only booked once SKILL Management LLC confirms it in writing and a signed rental agreement is in place.

Requests and quotes

Sending a stay request costs nothing and does not reserve the dates. Any figure the site shows is an estimate based on published rates; the binding number is the one we send you in a written quote. Where we hold dates for you, the hold expires at the time stated in the quote and the dates then return to general availability.

Accuracy

We keep descriptions, photographs, and measurements as accurate as we can, but they are approximate and may change as we maintain and improve the homes.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit automated or fraudulent requests, or scrape it at volume. We rate-limit form submissions and may block abusive traffic.

Liability

We provide this site as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the terms of an actual signed rental agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
